Great place with great events. I really enjoyed their Civil War Train Raid scenarios.
Other than the railroad, Phillips is a quaint town with awesome swimming spots and fantastic antique shops. I recommend visiting The Old White Church Antique Shop ran by Todd and Becky. Its not far from the R.R.
Hard to get to but well worth the trip. I went for the Civil War reenactment. The reenactors were nice, and so were the volunteers. I hear they do a Wild West Weekend now at the railroad so I'm gonna try to see that. If you get the chance go see the Ghost Train around Halloween.
